Outsourcing process
Where do I start from?
1. Project definition
Studying ideas, concepts and expectations for the project development.
2. Sample development
Custom formula creation for samples and safety, stability and efficiency tests.
3. Visual Identity Development
Brand creation, labels and and definition of packaging based on the best visual communication strategies, colors and market trends.
4. Approval process
Sending the product sample and visual identity concept for analysis, testing and approval.
5. ANVISA/MAPA Regulation
Our strict quality control encompasses all formulations and production processes, ensuring efficiency and safety in the final product.
6. Purchasing
Arrival of raw material and inputs involved in the project allow production to begin.
7. Large scale production
Start of the production process. The whole process lasts for 20 days after the arrival of all inputs.
8. Quality control
Intensive inspection is conducted throughout production from the arrival of inputs, to the final product. Every single process goes through quality control.
9. Project closure
The final products are packed and put away for being collected to be sent to you.
10. All set
